Apart from running our client training delivery & scheduling functions on a daily basis and creating copious amounts of eLearning, during my time at Squiz, I also:

- Designed, built, and ran a successful global onboarding program on a $0 budget using Trello - this was later transitioned to an LMS

- Designed, built, and ran a year-long digital, gamified employee engagement program of events and activities with an $80k budget

- Developed a "Kill your Billing" training program for account managers based on Kill Bill.

- Presented at the SABA 2019 conference on Onboarding & Gamification

- Implemented HCD and gamification practices in the learning field to develop original learning solutions and digital experiences

- Helped transition the business from face-to-face customer training to digital learning and consulted with a multitude of stakeholders

- Developed and delivered Leadership/High Performing Teams programs
